Stamford Grand North Ryde Hotel Resort caters to a mix of business and leisure travellers with Sydney conference and meeting rooms for private events and major conferences. The hotel is known for its casual elegance with 257 rooms including views which overlook our gardens, tranquil lagoon or pool and waterfall.
Our lagoon and tropical gardens provide ideal backdrops for a romantic Sydney wedding reception, splendid banquet, inspired wedding photography and of course, an idyllic Sydney honeymoon.
Important Note about Parrots Brasserie & Kitchen:
At present, please note that the Kitchen at Stamford Grand North Ryde is undergoing a complete refurbishment and will be fully operational as soon as possible.
The following is currently available at Parrots Brasserie:
- Breakfast - currently offered every day
- Buffet (Monday - Sunday, Lunch Buffet), (Friday and Saturday Night, Seafood Buffet). Subject to availability. Bookings are essential. Please note that there will be no Buffet in Parrots Brasserie Monday-Thursday and Sunday evenings
- A la Carte - Monday - Thursday and Sunday evening. There will be no A la Carte at lunch time
- High Tea (Monday-Saturday 11am and 2pm, Sunday 2pm)
- Nasi Padang - Lunchtime Monday - Friday 12pm - 2pm
- Singapore - Not available currently until further notice
