Melbourne High Tea
Experience the tradition of afternoon high tea in Melbourne. The history of afternoon tea (also known as high tea) can be traced back to England in the early nineteenth century, being made popular by the Duchess of Bedford.
High tea at Stamford Plaza Melbourne pays tribute to the elegance of a traditional English afternoon tea, but with a modern twist.
Let us treat you and your guests to one of our famous Melbourne high teas. Served on an elegant three-tiered stand, enjoy a seasonal assortment of savoury sandwiches, fluffy homemade scones with jam and cream, tantalising petit fours and sweet delights.
Sit back, relax and enjoy yourself while we take care of the rest.
