Open from 5am for a full breakfast buffet, La Boca is the thriving heart and soul of the Mascot, Sydney restaurants scene. After breakfast is over, the bar and grill restaurant transform into an opulent space with an open kitchen so you can see the cooks at work over their flame grills.
Delicious grill flavours
All our Argentinean dishes are made from locally sourced ingredients for the freshest flavours available. Complemented by local wines by the glass and bottle, and extensive choice of cocktails, each dish has a flavour profile beyond belief, bursting with taste.
Prime cuts of meat from the rolling hills of Coonawarra are cooked on the traditional ‘parilla’ (barbeque) creating a culinary spectacle for meat lovers. Chef Nicolas' menu for La Boca Argentinean Restaurant features his food philosophy of ‘Nose to Tail’ dining by skilfully slow cooking beef, pork and lamb over the traditional cooking grills, the Asador & Parilla.
The sumptuous flavours of the local, pasture-fed meats match superbly with fresh, grilled vegetables. Enjoy our old favourites, including empanadas, spicy chorizo, morcilla and entrana, alongside our tasty new fusion cuisine.
About your bar and restaurant chef
After extensive training in his home country of Argentina, where he learnt local culinary art, Nicolas Arriola made the world his home, bringing Argentinian cuisine to the globe. He has worked all over the world in established international restaurants, including a Michelin 3-Star in San Sebastian, Spain. He also brought his culinary presence to grill restaurants in Budapest, Jakarta, China, Singapore and New Zealand.
Now, our Chef de Cuisine has settled in Australia to bring you the finest of Argentinian dining. Experience one of the best with a reservation at our tables.
