Our luxuriously decorated, pillarless Mascot Ballroom has room for up to 500 cocktail style guests or 270 banquet style guests and can be segmented into three rooms of equal size. For smaller events our Rosebary, Kurnell and Kingsford rooms allow for groups up to 40 guests to be accommodated, theatre or banquet style.
The largest pillar-less ballroom south of the CBD, catering up to 500 guests cocktail style or 270 guests banquet. Fully equipped with extensive audiovisual equipment, remote lighting control & car access. It can be divided into three equally sized rooms.
On of our most popular airport conference venues, it features natural light and seats up to 80 guests theatre style, 60 guests banquet style or 30 guests in a U shape. It also features adjustable lighting and its own pre function area.
Another of our fine Sydney conference venues and meeting rooms, the Randwick Room is able to accommodate 40 guests theatre or banquet style; or 15 guests in a U Shape. This room adjoins our large pre-function area.
The Botany Room caters for up to 70 delegates theatre style or 50 in banquet style - making it perfect for mid sized meetings or a breakout room.
The Kingsford Room is ideal for small meetings or as a break out room. It caters for up to 40 guests theatre or banquet style. This room adjoins the pre-function area.
The Kurnell Room is ideal for small meetings or as a break out room. This room caters for up to 40 guests theatre or banquet style.
The Rosebery Room features natural light. It seats 40 guests theatre or banquet style and is ideal for small breakout groups, meetings, interviews or conference calls.
