We are very excited to be finalising the modernisation of the guest lift services at the hotel. As the in house lift to the carpark is being replaced. we ask all guests to drop their luggage with concierge on Macquarie Street before parking your vehicle. There will be lift access to level B1, with a short walk around to the entrance on Macquarie Street. This will ensure your check in experience will be affected as little as possible.
Should you have further queries, please contact the Duty Manager via 02 9252 4600. Thank you for your understanding as we improve the hotel for all guests.
