Your commitment to your reservation is important to us. Full credit card details are required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation with incomplete credit card details.

No cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.

A cancellation fee of $35 per person will apply if the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the time of booking.

A cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the time of booking.

For reservations of over 20 people, a cancellation fee of $35 per person will apply if the booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Changing the reservation date after the cancellation deadline may be subject to cancellation charges.

All rights for table allocation are reserved by Promenade Restaurant.

For exclusive Atrium bookings, an additional charge of $250 applies with a minimum group of 20 guests. Please email promenadeglenelg@stamford.com.au for enquiries, and our team will get back to you.

The total bill can be split into 2 equal bills. Unfortunately, individual split billing is not available.
