Freshly baked rolls, butter and spreads

 

Salad Station;

Garden salad, create your own salad, variations of fresh leafy greens, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, cheese, vinaigrettes, and croutons.

Baby beetroot, feta and basil vinaigrette

Festive potato salad with sour cream and green onion

Compound coleslaw with golden raisins and cheddar cheese

Penne pasta with sweet chili mayo and pea

 

Cold Station;

Charcuterie platter, roast beef, smoked ham, Italian salami, prosciutto, olives, sundried tomato, and marinated artichoke

Cheese platter, selection of local artisan cheeses (brie, gouda & blue), dehydrated fruit, nuts, fruit chutney and crackers

Smoked salmon platter with capers, lemon and dill sauce

 

Seafood Station;

Locally sourced oysters

Poached tiger prawns

Half-green shell mussels

Blanched squid

Blue swimmer crabs

  1. Cancel anytime before 28 days and receive a full refund.
  2. Cancel 14 days before the event date and receive a 50% refund.
  3. Cancel less than 14 days before the event date no refund will be issued & no shows will be charged at the full price of the booking.
  4. All rights for table allocation are reserved with the venue.
  5. All ticket purchases will accrue a booking fee that is paid by the buyer (* plus the booking fee). The booking fee is charged by Eventbrite.
