Meet Piglet & Crab.

A new food concept inspired by two of our favourite ingredients, succulent pork and sweet crab.

We're serving up a sneak peek at Stamford Plaza Adelaide with freshly grilled satay skewers, crispy chilli crab fritters, handmade curry puffs and other pork and crab-loaded favourites.

Follow the smell of sizzling satay, grab a bite on your lunch break, and be among the first to experience Piglet & Crab before it officially opens.

What’s On The Menu

Pork & Crab Roll - $8 to $10

Pulled pork, dried shrimp, turnip (spring roll) Tamarind plum dip $8

Cold chilli crab salad, vermicelli, cucumber, mango (cold roll). Sweet chilli peanut dip $10

Handmade Signature Curry Puffs — 2 for $10

Golden, flaky and filled with signature spiced filling.

Combination Satay Skewers — $24

Includes 2 pork, 2 chicken and 2 beef skewers, served with homemade peanut sauce.

Singapore Chilli Crab Fritters — $12

Crispy crab fritters served with Singapore chilli sauce.

Black Pepper Crab Udon — $24

A rich and flavourful crab noodle dish with bold black pepper sauce.

Crab Meat Fried Rice with XO Sauce — $28

Fragrant fried rice tossed with crab meat and savoury XO sauce.

Our pop-up cart will feature an open grill for satay skewers, bringing the smoky aroma of this street food to the heart of Adelaide CBD.
