It’s a time to enjoy good company and conversation over an exquisite array of meticulously crafted sweet treats and delicate sandwiches, all prepared by Stamford’s talented pastry chefs.

The Brasserie on the River offers morning tea Monday to Friday and our famous chocolate high tea on weekends. This sweet riverside high tea experience is complimented by Stamford’s warm and friendly service.

RIVERSIDE BRISBANE MORNING TEA

Relax and unwind in The Brasserie marquee with a three-tiered silver stand laden with dainty delights, while overlooking the Brisbane River.

The perfect start to the day and a most pleasant setting to catch up with a tea or coffee, while sampling the sweet and savoury delicacies.

CHOCOLATE HIGH TEA BUFFET

Chocolate enthusiasts unite at The Brasserie on the River’s weekend chocolate high tea buffet.

Set against the scenic panorama of the Brisbane River, this chocolate-coated indulgence showcases an extravagant array of ever-changing chocolate delicacies, finger sandwiches and home baked scones.

Ideal for groups of any size and perfect for all celebrations.

SPIRIT OF QUEENSLAND LOBBY HIGH TEA 

Stamford Plaza Brisbane Hotel’s Spirit of Queensland Lobby High Tea is an elegant, refined and quintessential Queensland indulgence.

Inspired by Queensland and Australian tastes, the High Tea menu incorporates flavours hailing from the red soil outback to coastal beach fronts.

The Essence of Queensland entremet was prepared by the hotel’s Pastry Chefs and presented to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her most recent visit to Brisbane.

We know this Brisbane high tea experience will become a must-try for Queensland locals and visitors alike.
