Terms & Conditions – Chocolate High Tea Booking

Booking Policy: Bookings are essential. Full payment is not required at the time of booking, however, payment must be made on the day of your visit unless otherwise advised.
Group Bookings: For groups of 10 or more guests, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable on the day.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged in full.
Menu & Inclusions: The menu is seasonal and subject to change without notice. All menus are correct at the time of publication.
Beverages: Only tea is included. Soft drinks, coffee, and alcohol are not included and can be purchased separately.
Dietary Requirements: Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we aim to accommodate, not all dietary needs can be met due to the nature of the buffet.
Seating & Timing: Seating is based on availability. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full high tea experience.
Rebooking & Rescheduling: Changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
