Reservation & Payment

1. Your commitment to your reservation is important to us. We require full credit card details to secure your booking. We reserve the right to decline any reservation without valid credit card information.
2. Any reservation of 20 guests or more must be secured with a deposit. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange group bookings.

Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the following fees will apply:
   a. No fee if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your booking
   b. A $18 per person cancellation fee applies for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior
   c. A $25 per person cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 24 hours
2. Requests to change booking dates after the cancellation window may still incur applicable cancellation charges.

Booking Conditions

1. Table allocation is at the discretion of Stamford Plaza Melbourne and cannot be guaranteed.
2. This offer is for individual leisure bookings only and is not valid for private hire, functions, or event reservations.
3. Split billing is not available. A maximum of two bills per table can be requested.

Eligibility & Proof of Residency

1. This special breakfast offer is only available to residents of:
   
   • 3000 (Melbourne CBD)
   • 3006 (Southbank)
   • 3004 (St Kilda)
   • 3053 (Carlton South)
   • 3054 (Carlton North)
   • 3008 (Docklands)
   • 3205 (South Melbourne)

Proof of residence must be shown on arrival (e.g. driver’s license, utility bill, or rates notice).

1. Only one guest per booking is required to provide eligible proof of address.
2. Each eligible household at one address may redeem the offer for up to 2 adults and 2 children only per day. Any additional guests will be charged at the standard buffet rate of $36 per adult.

Menu & Dietary Information

1. Menu items are correct at the time of publication. Some items may run out and may be replaced without prior notice. Please be aware that menu changes can occur.
2. While we make every effort to cater to all dietary requirements, due to the nature of the buffet, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
