The Brasserie on the River offers morning tea Monday to Friday and The Spirit of Queensland High Tea on weekends. This sweet riverside High Tea experience is complimented by Stamford’s warm and friendly service.

Spirit of Queensland High Tea

Stamford Plaza Brisbane Hotel’s Spirit of Queensland High Tea is an elegant, refined and quintessential Queensland indulgence.

Inspired by Queensland and Australian tastes, the High Tea menu incorporates flavours hailing from the red soil outback to coastal beachfronts.

The Essence of Queensland entremet was prepared by the hotel’s Pastry Chefs and presented to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her most recent visit to Brisbane.
