Toss to prosperity! ‘Yusheng’ or ‘yee sang’ or prosperity toss, also known as ‘lohei’, is a Cantonese-style raw fish salad, served traditionally during Chinese New Year. The dish is made up of thin slices of raw fish and shredded vegetables which are mixed with a variety of seasonings and condiments.

Butterfly tiger prawns, wrapped in rice noodles and fried, symbolizes the dragon’s head which brings good luck & prosperity. The prawns are cooked with red pepper oil & hoisin sauce.
