Our hotel takes its name from Sir Thomas Stamford Bingley Raffles – the founder of modern Singapore.

Noted as a great statesman, he was instrumental in the expansion of the British Empire, which included introducing the tradition of enjoying a fine whisky into the South East Asian region.

Our Highlander Bar celebrates his pioneering spirit.

Highlander Bar welcomes you into a classic, stylish relaxed atmosphere, serving a gourmet bar menu selection, a range of high teas and a grand selection of fine whiskies, liqueurs and cocktails.

Open from lunch until late each evening, Highlander Bar is a popular meeting place for both guests and those wishing to escape the buzz of the CBD while still being right in the heart of it.
