We have invited Andrew Baker, Operations Manager and distiller from Bakery Hill Distillery to conduct a whisky masterclass of the amazing aromas, tastes and stories of Bakery Hill Single Malt whiskies.

Join us in Highlander Whisky Bar for a night of sipping, discussing and enjoying tales about this unique award-winning Australian Distillery.

The tasting will include:

  • Bakery Hill Classic Malt
  • Bakery Hill Double Wood
  • Bakery Hill Peated Malt
  • Bakery Hill Classic Cask Strength
  • Bakery Hill Peated Cask Strength

With matched finger foods including -

  • Sticky pork belly skewers
  • Duck rillette and fig jam
  • Truffle mushroom arancini with saffron aioli
  • Dark chocolate cup with raspberry mousse

all in the heritage surrounds of Highlander Whisky Bar Sydney.

Bakery Hill Distillery was established 1999 to prove a point - that great single malt whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, specifically in Australia.

In addition to the tasting masterclass, you will receive a take home gift of 3 x 50 ml mini bottles of Bakery Hill's Classic, Double Wood and Peated expressions.
