Terms & Conditions

  • Drinks Package Policy: Drinks packages are only available as a group inclusion. If one guest opts in, the entire table or group must participate โ€” no individual or selective participation is allowed. Drinks are served on a rotational and equal basis across the beverage list. Guests may not request only one brand or type of beverage to be exclusively served. Drinks will be served as a mix-and-match offering and are subject to availability. Substitutions may apply while stock lasts.

  • Buffet and Dietary Notice: While we take great care to label all buffet items and minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. For guests with severe allergies or strict dietary requirements, we strongly recommend pre-ordering a plated meal instead of dining from the buffet.

  • Dietary Requirements: We strive to accommodate all dietary needs. Please notify our team of any allergies or requirements at the time of booking or no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Menu Changes: All menus are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal availability or supplier changes. All items listed were correct at the time of publishing.

  • General Event Policy: All event bookings are subject to availability. Final numbers, dietary requirements, and full payment must be confirmed by the due date provided in your event agreement.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

  • Deposit Requirement:
    To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total event value is required within 7 days of receiving the event confirmation. Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received.

  • Final Payment:
    Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    If you need to cancel your event:
    More than 28 days prior to the event: Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 6 months.
    14โ€“28 days prior to the event: A 50% cancellation fee of the total event value will apply.
    Less than 14 days prior: No refund will be issued, and the full event cost will be retained.
  • Guest Reductions:
    Final numbers must be confirmed 14 days before the event. Reductions in guest numbers after this time are not refundable and will be charged at the agreed per-person rate.
