Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon collection.
Orders should be collected at the nominated collection time. La Boca Bar & Grill cannot guarantee the quality or food safety of orders collected significantly later than the nominated time.
Once collected, customers are responsible for the safe transport, storage and consumption of the food. Perishable food should be refrigerated promptly and handled in accordance with safe food handling practices.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the collection time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection time are non-refundable.
