Terms & Conditions – Summer Snow Celebration 2026

1. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee against trace allergens.
2. Menu items are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice due to seasonal availability or supplier variations.
3. Each event ticket is valid only for the designated event at Stamford Plaza Brisbane and cannot be used for entry into other Stamford events or venues.
4. All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-transferable.
5. Seating is allocated by Stamford Plaza Brisbane. The venue reserves the right to allocate tables at its discretion. Large groups may be split across multiple tables.
6. Children must be supervised at all times. Kids 5 and under dine free, but must still be ticketed for seating purposes.
7. The 3-hour beverage package includes house wines, house beers, and soft drinks. RSA applies and service may be refused in accordance with licensing laws.
8. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
9. By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. Content may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations made 28 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 14–27 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
4. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
5. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email provided in your booking confirmation.
