The quiet surroundings at Mascot, supported by sound resistant glass windows make sure your event takes place undisturbed. The excellent Sydney function facilities at our hotel means it is one of the best Sydney conference venues to host national and international conferences, and the perfect venue for your social event. We have 11 conference rooms catering for up to 500 people. (Below is a brief overview of some of our most popular airport meeting rooms at Mascot). Our luxuriously decorated, pillarless Mascot Ballroom has room for up to 500 cocktail style guests or 270 banquet style guests and can be segmented into three rooms of equal size. For smaller Mascot events our Rosebery, Kurnell and Kingsford rooms allow for groups up to 40 guests to be accommodated, theatre or banquet style.

The Botany Room caters for up to 70 delegates theatre style or 50 in banquet style - making it perfect for mid sized meetings or a breakout room for your Mascot meeting.

Centennial Room

One of our most popular airport conference venues, it features natural light and seats up to 80 guests theatre style, 60 guests banquet style or 30 guests in a U shape. It also features adjustable lighting and its own pre function area.

Randwick Room

Another of our fine Sydney conference venues and meeting rooms, the Randwick Room is able to accommodate 40 guests theatre or banquet style; or 15 guests in a U Shape. This room adjoins our large pre-function area.

Located on the 2nd floor this room can cater for up to 60 guests for a banquet or up to 80 guests for a cocktail ceremony and open to a private outdoor terrace.
