Terms & Conditions – Kabuki Christmas Eve Dinner 2025

1. Children under 5 must be ticketed for seating purposes, even if dining free.
2. Please notify us of dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we aim to accommodate, we cannot guarantee against allergens.
3. Menu items are current at time of publication and may be substituted due to seasonal availability.
4. Tickets are valid only for the selected session and date. No transfers permitted.
5. All guests must present valid tickets at entry. Seating is allocated by Kabuki Teppanyaki Brisbane.
6. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to guests behaving inappropriately or intoxicated (in line with RSA policy).
7. By attending, you consent to potential photography or filming for promotional use unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. More than 28 days before event: Full refund available.
2. Between 14 and 27 days before event: 50% refund.
3. Less than 14 days before event: No refund.
4. No-shows will be charged full ticket price.
5. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the email provided in your booking confirmation.
