Smoked duck breast, mascarpone & tangerine cream, caramelised walnuts, red vein sorrel (gf)
Citrus marinated cured salmon with granny smith apple salad, crispy capers, dill crème fraiche (gf, nf)
Vegetarian Option: Beetroot carpaccio, honey soy, goat’s cheese shards, preserved lemon, candied walnut & pea shoots (v)

Main (alternating)

Char-grilled beef fillet, sautéed spinach, horseradish mash, baby heirloom carrots, pan roasting jus (gf, nf)
Roasted lamb, swede rosti potato, dried saltbush, charred leeks, pan jus (gf, nf)

Gold Beverage Package: 3 hours for $49pp, or 4 hours for $59pp.

A cash bar will also be available for guests wishing to purchase drinks individually.

Each booking is valid only for the designated Stamford Plaza Brisbane venue and event. Bookings cannot be transferred to other Stamford venues or events.
All guests must be included in the confirmed booking. Bookings are non-transferable.
Stamford Plaza Brisbane reserves the right to allocate seating to ensure the best experience for all guests.
Food is included as per the event package. Drinks are sold separately. The menu is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to minor changes.
Private tables are available for groups of 8 or more. To request a private table or book directly, please email Eventsspb@stamford.com.au.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 28–14 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking value.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the email provided in your booking confirmation.
