Important Information Regarding Senators Club Memberships

Thank you for being a member of Stamford Senators Club.

The restrictions imposed on Stamford Hotels and Resorts to protect the population from spreading Covid-19 means our hotels cannot offer the level of service, accommodation, dining and other facilities you expect from Stamford.

Senators Club new memberships or renewals will not be processed until further notice.

With this in mind, and to support general community health & welfare, we have suspended Stamford Senator’s Club until our hotels return to normal operations.

What this means for you

• Your membership privileges will be on hold/extended
• Memberships will be renewed until normal trading resumes
• Your membership will be extended at no cost once our hotels return to normal operation for the period of your membership it could not be utilised commencing from today (March 2020)

For example, if your membership was set to expire on June 2020, you will have three month’s valid membership available to utilise on normal resumption of operations of the hotels. As there has not been a date set for any resumption of the program, there is no set date available for extensions.

However, should you wish to make use of any membership benefits (now) that you could not use during the suspension of the program, you are welcome to do so with your existing vouchers and your membership card.
