Terms & Conditions – Riverfire 2025 at Stamford Plaza Brisbane

  1. Each event ticket is valid only for the designated venue and cannot be used for entry into other Stamford venues or events.
  2. All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-transferable.
  3. Food and beverages will be available for purchase onsite unless otherwise included in your ticket.
  4. The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, event changes will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
  2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  4. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via the email provided in your booking confirmation.
