Terms & Conditions – Kabuki Riverfire Dinner 2025

Each event ticket is valid only for the designated venue and cannot be used for entry into other Stamford venues or events.
All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-transferable.
The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, event changes will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
The venue reserves the right to allocate seating and tables for the event at its discretion.
The event menu is correct at the time of publication; however, changes may occur due to seasonal availability or supply issues.
While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, not all requests can be guaranteed due to the nature of teppanyaki cooking, including the use of certain sauces and the risk of cross-contamination.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the email provided in your booking confirmation.
